Standard delivery

All in-stock items will be dispatched between 2 and 5 working days from confirmation of order. This is to allow you 24hrs to add to or amend your order. If you would like a more urgent dispatch please email retail@cavaniacards.co.uk and we will try and pop your order to the front of the queue.

Express option

If you select the Express next day delivery option (for orders placed before 12pm, after this delivery may be the following day) your order will automatically be dispatched on the same working day and will not be able to be amended or cancelled.

Out of stock items

Anything that is temporarily out of stock will offer you the option to request notification when the item become available. An email will be sent at this time but no backorder will be kept and the item must then be added to a new order. If you would like an ETA on an item please email us on retail@cavaniacards.co.uk and we will try and give you an estimate of when the item is likely to return to stock.

Delivery charges

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom, however we are working with our couriers to add an international option and will update the site as soon as this becomes available. If you would like a parcel shipped internationally in the interim please contact us via retail@cavaniacards.co.uk and our team will try and help arrange this for you.

We’ve tried to keep our standard U.K. delivery costs as straightforward and cost effective as possible while still offering a great service. Pricing details are as follows but don’t worry, you won’t need to calculate delivery, that will all be done for you at the checkout stage.

In order to make card shopping and shipment as easy as possible we have set a special card only postage charge. If you order more than one card the charge will go up in multiples until you have hit the standard rate at which time every card after this will be shipped at no extra charge. For example, order 4 cards and carriage will be £4.00, order 10 cards and carriage will still only be £4.00.

Single Card order - £1.00 (shipped Royal Mail First class)

Mixed or non card orders - £4.00 (shipped via DHL home 48 service)

Orders Over £40 total value = Free (shipped via DHL home 48 service)

Express surcharge for guaranteed next day delivery

£5.00 on top of standard charges – shipped same day for orders placed before 12pm and within 24 hours for orders received after this time. Shipping via DHL 24 or Royal Mail special Delivery

Under the DHL service and Royal Mail Special Delivery services if no-one is home to take delivery a card will be left and an alternate delivery date will need to be arranged as per the instructions on the card. cavaniacards.co.uk cannot be held liable if a card is not left and we advise that if your delivery has not arrived when expected that you track you package online via the details sent out with your dispatch email.

Returns policy

If you are not delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt. We cannot accept items for a refund if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed. Further to this any card that has had a personal message added will not be refundable.

Making returns

For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will then refund your card and if you wish to select an alternative item this may be done as a new order via our website.

To return any products to us, please email us at retail@cavaniacards.co.uk to advise that you would like to arrange a return. In the subject heading please state RETURN. We will email you back a confirmation of the return request. Please print this email and enclose it in the parcel along with a copy of your receipt. Please ensure the packaging you use to return the item to us is suitable for despatch (i.e. a jiffy bag if appropriate).

We would strongly recommend that all returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

You will receive your refund credit within 7 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible. Your refund will exclude the original delivery charge and any gift-wrapping charges.

Please note that we are unable to refund an item without a receipt and that the refund will only be given to the original payer.
